Direct Application: hold the dispenser about one hand-length from the skin and spray. Gently massage lotion into the skin.
Hand Application: hold the dispener about one finger-length from the palm of the hand. Spray a small amount of product into the hand and then gently rub into the skin of the desired application area.
*It is possible to dispense product from the container when it is upright or upside down.
