Returns & Exchanges

To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we have the Product Return & Exchanges Service. If the customer received the products does not satisfy or has quality issue, please feel free to

contact nov-usa.com customer service within 7 days upon receipt of shipment (it will be invalid if the date has been pass) by submitting a ticket/email to request for a Return & Exchanges Merchandise

Authorization number (RMA#) and our RMA Specialist will review your request.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Refunding shipping fee:

Original shipping charges paid at the time of nov-usa.com order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by NOV.

 

Note:

We only provide exchange or return label when the item is damage/defeat during the delivery or we place the wrong item to you.

 

Currently, nov-usa.com will not accept returns on the following conditions:

Certain personal item(s) / merchandise such as food and health supplement. Any product(s) that is returned more than 7 days after receipt. Item(s) / merchandise marked as “discount” or “Final Sale”.

Products/ merchandise has been opened and used Returning item(s) / merchandise that do not have prior authorization / RMA#

Due to allergy reaction for the products. (we recommend customer to get the advice with their personal skin care consultant before using the products)

Exchanges Information

We offer exchanges only in following conditions: If you received a damaged, expired dated, or incorrect product(s).

 

Return  and Exchanges Procedure

  1. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Click on the link below to proceed with your exchange/return
  2. Fill up the RMA form with product item number, description and comments. Customers will required to send clear images of the items to show its initial condition and problem.
  3. Our customer service specialist will review the return/exchange and will notify the customer of approval or denial and will guide you on how to proceed to the next steps.
  4. Please follow the instruction from our customers service specialist and return the items with RMA numbers  in unused, unopened and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories.  Return shipment address will be:
